March 25th Update
March 25, 2020
Dear Customers of Micro Control Company,
It has been an extraordinary few weeks as our world faces historic challenges with the growing COVID-19 (coronavirus) pandemic. The state of Minnesota is no different.
As the number of confirmed cases in Minnesota rises, Governor Walz has enacted a shelter-in-place order for the state. All nonessential businesses have been ordered to shutter office locations for the time being. Unfortunately MCC falls under this order.
What does that mean for you and your company?
- Physical items such as burn-in boards and burn-in systems will not be shipped at this time.
- The MCC team will work with you to reschedule your orders. We can’t wait to get you your products when the shelter-in-place order is been lifted.
- Employees who have the ability to telecommute will do so.
- This includes but is not limited to our sales and service team. Micro Control Company will continue to take orders and assist you in any way possible that we can.
Please bear with us as we navigate through these unprecedented events. We are committed to keeping our customers and associates informed and remind you that the health and safety of our customers, community members and associates is our number one priority. We appreciate the opportunity to serve you.
Thank you for your continued support as we traverse this challenge. We hope everyone remains healthy and safe.
Sincerely,
Michael Schoknecht
