(Minneapolis, MN) Micro Control Company announces that Jeff Carlson has been hired as the Field Service Manager.  Jeff brings 20 years of experience from the wafer segment of the semiconductor industry having held positions from being a field service engineer to a senior customer service manager.  Jeff has a strong background in technical support and training, which are skills that make him valuable in filling this role.

Jeff has been tasked with developing the SRO process for customer service and repairs and focusing on the turnaround time for RMAs once they are on the premises.  This will give customer returns a higher level of visibility as they are routed through the repair process.
